Considering that the Store sells products over the Internet;
Considering the Customer’s interest in purchasing the products offered by the Store through its sales channels;
This agreement aims to establish the general terms and conditions for the Customer’s use and purchase of products from the Store’s website.


I – Confidentiality:
It is the Store’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. The site’s security is audited daily and guaranteed against hacker activity through the “Protected Site” seal.


II – Customer Service (SAC):
The Customer has access to this service to address questions, resolve any requests or complaints regarding their order, or any content available on the site. Customer Service can be accessed via email through the website.


III – Delivery Policy:
The delivery time for Products is provided during the purchase process and is counted in business days. Products are delivered Monday through Friday. In exceptional cases, some deliveries may take place on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

III.I – It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify that the Product dimensions are adequate. The Customer must check compliance at the time of delivery and contact Customer Service if necessary.

III.II – Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the specified address, on alternate days, with up to 48 hours between attempts. It is essential that an adult over 18 years of age, authorized by the buyer, and carrying an ID be present to receive the merchandise and sign the delivery receipt. If three delivery attempts fail, the order will be returned to the Store’s Distribution Center.

III.III – Once the order is placed, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request expedited shipping, or request priority delivery.

III.IV – Shipping is free throughout the national territory.

III.V – The Store does not authorize delivery personnel to:

  • Enter the customer’s home

  • Install or perform maintenance on products

  • Open product packaging

  • Deliver to an address different from the one provided

  • Deliver to minors or individuals without identification

III.VII – The Store is not responsible for merchandise being held due to issues solely related to the customer, such as the need to visit the tax office for release. In such cases, all information regarding clearance and payments is provided directly to the customer.


IV – Right of Withdrawal:
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal to return a Product under the following conditions:

  • The period for withdrawing from the purchase is up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

  • In the event of a return, the product must be sent back to the Store’s Distribution Center in its original packaging.

IV.I – The Customer must request the return through Customer Service (SAC).

IV.II – Once the product arrives at the Distribution Center, the Store will verify that the above conditions have been met. If so, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.

IV.III – For purchases made with a credit card, the credit card company will be notified, and the refund will be issued in the next or subsequent billing statement, in a single payment, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase.
